A single assistant is easy. The hard part is a lot of them: giving them a shared, accurate view of the business, stopping them contradicting each other, keeping them from running up a bill unsupervised, and making sure what one learns on Tuesday is known to all of them on Wednesday. An agent operating system provides the shared memory, the work queue, the spend controls and the visibility. What does it cost to run AI automation, and how do you keep it predictable?

The real risk isn't the build cost — it's unbounded running cost, and it's controlled by treating spend as a feature rather than something you monitor afterwards.

An automation that calls a language model on every event can quietly become a monthly bill nobody approved. We build the opposite way: metered paths, explicit spend ceilings per run and per month, and nothing that starts work on its own without a person having asked for it. Model choice is a cost decision too — in our own generative media platform, routing image work to the right provider came out roughly ten times cheaper than the obvious brand-name option, for output clients could not tell apart.

What's the difference between a website and a web application?

A website presents information; a web application processes it.

A web application is an interactive software platform that runs in a browser. It handles data, responds to user actions in real time and executes complex business logic — think booking systems, dashboards, CRMs, stock platforms and management portals. The practical test: if a process currently runs on spreadsheets, manual emails or five disconnected tools, a web application is what replaces all of it with one clean, scalable system.

What is Web3 development, and how is it different from Web2?

Web3 development is the design and engineering of decentralised applications, smart contracts, tokenomics and on-chain infrastructure — replacing centralised control with transparent logic.

The failure mode of MVPs is building a prototype that proves people like the idea but can't survive contact with real usage — so the second build starts from zero anyway. We scope toward a first release that's narrow in feature set but production-grade in the parts that matter: authentication, payments, data model. Those are the pieces that are painful to retrofit. Features are cheap to add later; foundations are not.

Do you work with companies outside the UAE?

Yes. We're a UAE company, and our clients operate across the UAE, Canada, the United States, Europe and the GCC.

Most of what we build is delivered remotely regardless of where the client sits, and our structure — one team owning the work end to end — means time zones matter less than they would with a distributed subcontractor chain. Being UAE-based does mean we understand this market properly: VAT and corporate tax thresholds, local payment rails and regional platform behaviour are things we have already built for.

Who owns the code you write?

You do. Client work is handed over in full, including source, infrastructure and documentation.

We keep no hostage dependencies. If you decide to take a project in-house or move it to another team, that should be a business decision rather than a technical impossibility. Confidentiality runs the same way — NDA-standard handling on every client project.

What happens after a project launches?

We maintain what we build, and most of our client relationships continue past launch.

Software that gets used changes: platforms deprecate APIs, app stores change requirements, usage patterns shift, and the feature that seemed essential turns out to matter less than one nobody asked for. Handing over a finished product and disappearing produces something that decays. We'd rather keep the team that knows the system attached to it — post-launch QA, monitoring and updates are included as standard.
